Our story
At Mare e Monti we offer a unique gastronomic experience, where tradition, flavor and quality fuse to delight the most demanding palates.
Leading our kitchen is Roberto Testa, a Neapolitan chef with extensive international experience who, after years working in professional kitchens, wants to share his creations with food lovers. With deep respect for traditional Italian recipes, Roberto continues to keep the roots of his land alive, using high-quality Italian ingredients and applying authentic culinary techniques he has learned throughout his career.
“Each dish reflects my roots, my experience and my absolute respect for the original recipes. Traditional Italian cuisine is the soul of my proposal, and I strive to offer the best of it in every bite,” says Roberto.

Pizza is our true passion. We pride ourselves on crafting each of our pizzas with dough made daily, following the traditional slow-fermentation process to achieve a crispy, light base perfect for enjoying every bite.
